Seven views of the Badung River. Dari Ulur ke Hilir

This is a large canvas and acrylic painting of a waterfall high in the Balinese mountains in between 2 volcanoes.You can see a Green Barong monster..

1 of 3 " Badung River Headwaters" sold to the Kavanagh Collection in Canberra. Dec 09. The Ayung river with steep valleys and lots of forrest. There were at least 200 steps down to the river from the valley ridge. People were white water rafting along the fast flowing river.

   

1 of 3 "100 steps to go"sold to Meg Rowed in Sydney. This is the view from 100 steps down from the Valley ridge. We had to stop for a breather. The others stopped here and I carried on to the river. You can see forrest and small amounts of Paddy fields.

   

2 of 3 " Kupu Kupu Barong " sold to the Kavanagh Collection in Canberra. Dec 09 This is at the top of the ridge . From here I walked down 200 steps, past a view of the Paddy fields and on to the white water rafting part of the river.
